Chrono/Pre-registration: 8am to 9:30am
Registration: 9:30 to 10am

II. Mission Objective:
SPEEDBALL : Capture the Flag plus mission objective
10 Minute limit, 12 man team
Game type: Outdoor Close Quarter Combat
Game Format: Double Elimination

III. All interested teams shall pay their tournament fees of PHP 2400 or
PHP 200 per person @ 12 members per team before Feb 6, 2008 in full to
Name: Joseph Nicholas Valero.

Only then will your team be considered officially registered for this tournament.
Please confirm with our President Mr. Joseph Valero (09175000272).
Any teams that fail to pay to the above account can still join on the game day but will have be subject to late registration.
Please Take Note: That we plan to only have 10 teams MAX for the whole tournament. Your team confirmation is very important for us to compute the proper game flow.


NOTE: THE FOLLOWING ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE TOURNAMENT. ANY ADDITIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE TAKEN UP ACCORDINGLY AND DISCUSSED WITH ALL PLAYERS PRE-GAME.
III. Game Restrictions/Limitation:
a. Open to age 18 years old and above. We very strictly require waivers and consent forms for players below 18 years of age from parents/guardians. SWAT will not be responsible for any unavoidable injuries due to game play.
b. Team Composition: 1-Team leader, 11-Team Members, 1-Reserve Member.
c. Mandatory Equipment:
1. AEG, Spring Guns, Pistols and the like (all to have a maximum Bb velocity of 450 fps @ 0.20g Bb) – use our magazines for chrono. If no magazine available we will allow you to lend your magazines, different gun models.
We will be using our own Bb’s for gun testing and chrono.
2. BDU.
3. Full Face mask only for the game play. NO SUNGLASS/SHADES will be allowed to use during game play. All will be checked and tested before game play. Never removed face/eye protection at the game field.
4. Boots or all terrain shoes.
d. No food and drinks will be permitted inside the game site.
e. Smoking Areas will be designated.
f. No littering, all players will be required to help in cleaning after the game.
g. UMPIRE & MARSHALL decision will be final and irrevocable.
There will be a minimum of 8 umpires per game.
h. Players who CHEAT and COMPLAIN will be asked to leave.
Please refer all concerns to Chief Umpire for Final Decision.
i. CRY BABIES ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED!!!

IV. Game Rules & Regulations:
a. Mission/Game objective is to get the flag from the center room, affectionately known as “THE KILL ZONE” and to be placed to opponents starting base or base point. (behind the base barrier) TEN (10) minutes will only be the allotted time to this game objective. Only 2 minutes allowed for set-up and additional 2 minutes allowed for cool down. We strictly follow time constraints.
b. 3 Magazine maximum ammo limit. Loading will be strictly prohibited during the game play. Make ammo ready before game play. NO DRUM MAGAZINES.
c. Hit Regulations: Only umpires can call out player HIT. As player is HIT, he should raise his gun and RUSH to leave the game area ASAP.
d. Blind Shots will be strictly prohibited. You can’t shoot at what you can’t see. We want to avoid injuries. (Additional rules for blind shot will follow)
e. Safety Umpires will be walking and observing the game and the game site to settle disputes and assist players.
f. Do not go beyond the YELLOW LANE, OUT OF BOUNDS.
g. Smoke grenade, smoke screen or the like will not be allowed.
h. We will have a testing area for players to shoot into. No shooting in the staging area. Please be responsible.
i. If anything is broken/damage in the game site, please report immediately to the Safety Umpires. If caught doing so, we will not hesitate to have it replaced immediately by the person deemed responsible by umpire.
j. In this kind of game type, close shots can or will happen during the game. We will be asking for your presence of mind and good judgment, please do not shoot at players closer than 10 feet.
k. Players hit by high arching rainbow shots are not considered hit. Only umpire’s decision will be followed.
l. Once a player is CALLED HIT, he will be asked to rush away from the game field with gun held up and MAG TAKEN OUT. Please do not take off your safety goggles or face mask when leaving. DEAD MAN CAN WALK BUT CANNOT TALK!!!
m. If you see someone cheating please don’t hesitate to report it immediately to the Safety Umpires for resolution.
n. If someone is injured during the game play, continue game; unless declared by HEAD UMPIRE.
o. NUMBERED BACK TAGS will be used upon registration to designate all players.
p. UMPIRE & MARSHALL’s decision will be final and irrevocable.
q. Once your gun passes the chrono test of 450fps w/ a 0.25g bb it must not leave the GUN QUARANTINE AREA. A claim tag will be given to whom the gun is assigned.
V. Game Fees:
Each TEAM must have paid the amount of P2400 on or before Feb 6, 2008 to be considered registered.

VII. Game Point System:
Our game objective is to get the FLAG at the center room and to place the FLAG to the main TOWER of Power in the middle of the game sight. It’s your own strategy and tactics for your team to achieve the objective. Below is the point system we will use for this event.
Scoring System:
First to Flag: 5 points Plant at Prime Objective: 10 points
Eliminate All Enemies: 60 points + additional 15 points
Each Enemy Killed: 5 points
Each team member Killed: - 5 points
SCORE WILL BE TALLIED ACCORDINGLY BY MASTER SCOREKEEPER
