1st ISABELA DAY
Airsoft Speedball Challenge
GLORY IN GRACE CUP

The
province of Isabela under the able leadership of the Hon. Gov. Ma.
Gracia Cielo M. Padaca will be hosting its first ever airsoft
competition. Our apologies for the short notice for this event was just
inserted to the week long Isabela Day Celebration which includes
various activities such as the search of Ms. Isabela, 4x4 challenge,
basketball of the stars, cultural shows, and more.


AGILA (Airsoft Group of Ilagan)
the local and host team headed by its Vice Mayor Kiryll Bello would be
the one organizing the event. Inviting all teams to join this event

Trophies and Certificates of participation will be given to participants
Registration starts at 8am.Tents reserved for teams / players

WHEN: May 10, 2008
TIME: 9:00AM Saturday
WHERE: Melanio T. Singson Sports Complex, Brgy. Alibagu, Ilagan, Isabela (Oval Track and Field)
Team: 12 Man team, 3 reserve
Game fee: P250 per player( w/lunch and snacks)
FPS Limit: 450 fps .20 bbs!!!
System: Point System - Kills, Time, Accomplisments

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Players must be in good physical health condition.
2. 450 maximum fps (feet per second) in .20gms.
3. Only game officials can stop and start the game.
4. No hit calling from the players. Only the game officials can make a call.
5. Knock Out system, 2 loses will automatically out of the tournament.
6. Bracket system is our game pattern. (Losers and winners bracket).
7. Chart will be post for public and teams viewing.
8. At the end of the challenge the winner and the loser bracket will be facing a best of 3 games.
9. No coaching from the dead teammates or from the audience.
10. When the game starts the next teams to play will also be announce.
11. After the game, the next teams will be given only 5minutes to enter the game site
12. A 10minutes game time. 5minutes extension if tie.
13. If someone caught using a gun that exceed in our required maximum chrono (450fps) the whole team will be disqualified.
14. White upper BDU’s or T-shirts is not allowed.
15. Box Mags and auto loading is not allowed. Manual magazines only!!

(IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH AND EVERY PLAYER TO READ AND FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE GAME RULES INDICATED BELOW)

Safety First on the playing field (game site)

• No Real Firearms or deadly weapons
• No players are allowed if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
• No goggles, No play
• Maximum Velocity of 450 fps using .20g bb’s for all guns
• Never take off your eye/ face protection
•
Must be at least 18 years of age (minors must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian and they must sign a waiver in the minor’s
behalf)

Standard Safety Gun Rules

• Consider every gun loaded
• Never point the gun to anybody/ anything you do not intend to shoot
• Keep your finger off the trigger until you fire
• Be sure of your target and what is around it
• Be courteous

One-hit Elimination

• Direct line to body
• Penetrating shot
• Friendly Fire
• Knife kill (player must be able to physically tap the opponent and announce knife kill).
• No Ricochet
• No Blind-firing
• Shooting in between obstacles is not allowed
• Ask for surrender within 5 meters (discretionary on the part of the player; it is encouraged but not required)

NOTE:
There are only three ways in which a player can eliminate his or her opponent:
1. By directly shooting and hitting the opponent.
2.
By doing a knife kill (a physical tap is required; unless a physical
tap against the opponent is executed, it cannot be considered as a
knife kill).
3. If the opponent surrenders (if asked to surrender).
An opponent being asked to surrender is NOT REQUIRED to surrender; the
opponent being asked to surrender may fight or fire back if he or she
so wishes.


No Hit Call

• Shooter cannot call opponent out (we will treat hit callers the same way we treat zombies)
• Hit players to acknowledge by shouting HIT, DEAD, or OUT
• After being acknowledged as "Hit", raise your gun/ arm over your head while going to the designated safe zone

No hostages

• No hiding behind non-combatants
• No mixing with non-combatants
• No engaging in proximity of delicate or valuable property

No holding or grappling

• No rough physical contact between players
• No holding on to opponent or opponent's gun

Dead men tell no tales

• No coaching from any non-combatants (marshals, eliminated players, spectators, bystanders, etc)

No time out

•
Player must overcome equipment malfunction or temporary difficulty
without calling "time out", otherwise, the player must eliminate
him/herself from the game.

Marshal’s decision is final

•
Strictly no arguing with the marshal. Arguing with or disrespecting the
marshal shall lead to the player’s permanent expulsion from the game
site and the immediate revocation of all his or her playing privileges.

Observe proper decorum at all times

• No shouting or hurling of insults at other players
• No taunting
• No foul language or snide remarks
• No fighting or physical altercations

THE
ABOVE-STATED GAME RULES ARE CLEAR AND CONCISE; SAID RULES ARE NOT
SUBJECT TO THE PERSONAL INTERPRETATION OF PLAYERS BASED ON WHAT THEY
BELIEVE IS RIGHT OR WRONG. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT BY PLAYING IN THIS
GAME AND AT OUR GAME SITE, PLAYERS BIND THEMSELVES TO THESE RULES AND
AGREE TO RECOGNIZE AND SUBMIT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE GAME HOST OR
ORGANIZER.

WE, THE ORGANIZER/GAME HOST, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY PLAYER AT ANY POINT TO SUBMIT HIS OR HER WEAPON FOR CHRONO RETESTING.

FURTHERMORE,
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE AMMENDMENTS/ MODIFICATIONS TO THE
ABOVE-STATED RULES AND/OR GAME SCENARIOS WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE.
