SUGGESTIONS FOR INAT AND THE FORUM...

mga papis.... mga suggestion k lang naman po ang mga ito kasi medyo may mga napapansin po ako:

suggestion to our President:

1. sana po may parang membership fee po tayo... para naman po hindi lugi c jerome na magpiprint ng mga forms natin. tsaka para meron po tayong extra funds. kahit na sbihin nlng natin 10-50 pesos.

2. sana po may annual dues din. kahit na mga 100-200 pesos per memeber para naman po may pondo tayo... hindi yung namomroblema pag dating ng panahon. or monthly dues nalang na 20 pesos.hehehehehe

3. sana po lahat ng mga plano ng mga members na makidayo sa ibat ibang grupo sa labas ng INAT e ipaalam sa buong grupo. lalo na ho pag ginagamit ang INAT na pangalan.

4. sana po magkaroon din tayo ng ID natin kasi ito po ang request ng mga pulis. para atleast hindi magamit ng ibang grupo ang name natin. and if we do carry our AEGs with us... hindi na nila tayo huhuliin kasi ititimbre ko na.

5. ito naman po yung proposed INAT sticker ko: any suggestions will be accepted. super dami pa nitong bugs.



Suggestion naman po para sa forum moderators:

1. Sana po mapalitan na natin yung mga nakalagay na logo natin dito sa taas ng forum since sabi po ni el Presidente na dapat 3 stars lang yung logo natin. ito po yung sampleng ginawa ko:



2. Erase the old posts that are no longer relevant to lessen thread that are no longer being watched, or out-of-date.

3. Let us place all the pics under one thread nalang para hindi super dami yung kailangan tingnan... so that the people will be able to sppreciate our pics. hindi yung kalat kalat. lagyan nlng po natin ng label and dates para hindi gulo gulo.

4. itong huling hirit ko naman po e.... kung makakalusot lang... parang super dali po kasi makakuha ng General status and promotions kung based sa current post bracketing system yung ginagamit natin. sana po, laki lakihan man lang natin yung bracketing. for example: 0-10 = one star pero private first class, 11-50 = one star din pero corporal, 51-100 = 2 stars captain, 101- 200 = 3 stars major, 201-300 = 4 stars colonel, and 301- above = 5 star general.hehehehehe



guys.... sana po paki sabi nlng mga comments and suggestions nyo regarding this message, the logo, and the proposed INAT sticker. Maraming salamat mga papi. INAT RULEZ!

nasa general discussions din po itong thread na ito... paki sagot nalang po dun para atleast iisa lang ang kailangan basahin ng lahat., maraming salamat po.

I dont have anything against the president or the officers... this is me... Bochi168.... i only want to say that INAT is definitely one of the most organized groups in Ilocos Norte... but i must also be honest in saying that we are not yet that well organized when compared to other organizations around the Philippines.

I'm not saying that we are not good enough for them, I'm just saying that i know we can make things better. In all honesty, I'm not here to complain... I'm merely here to point out the facts to the officers who might have over looked the ideas. I trust the officers' decisions in creating outreaches, programs, and other basic functions of the officers.

Sa totoo lang.... mga bossing... there are a lot of un-answered questions and mga topics na hindi napaguusapan (or laging pinopostpone pagusapan) kaya lumalala yung tendencies na ayaw narin mag attend ng mga members sa meetings kasi wala naman tayo gaanong napaguusapan. and in the end... kwentuhan lang... and one topic lang mapaguusapan... i know that we are all busy people... but here's the thing... if we are really dedicated enough.... i think that we can all discuss all the inquiries of our members.... suggestions.... and plans.... and we can all agree on something. we just need at least 4 hours... dedication... and no BS.hehehe we dont need the whole day to have anything done or decide ona nything... we only need four hours of working.



sa totoo lang.... im not really complaining.... im just wondereng.... i trust the decisions of the officers... ang d ko lang tlga magets.... kung bakit yung mga "promise" nila na paguusapan, lagi nalang either postponed.... or hindi natutuloy? yun lang po.... kaya i wanna ask the president himself....and the officers of INAT.... what's wrong? hindi naman po sa pagbabatikos or anything... im just a concerned member who wants to know.... ano na ba tlga? so... when do we discuss these things? we always ask kung bakit maraming hindi pumupunta sa mga meetings? answer: kasi iba iba mga pinaguusapan natin.... lagi nawawala sa topic... and yung mga issues na gusto maresolba ng mga tao... hindi parin nasasagot.

regarding the squads.... and daming nagsasabi na ok na idea ito.... pero will you guys please contribute more ideas.... and i would like to request the permission of the officers to have this discussed na sa meeting natin para masimulan na itong paganahin. pupunta na tayo sa baguio sa 26... pero hanggang ngayon, hindi parin tayo organized. pano un?

yung iba... baka sabihin na makulit na ako... well... maybe i am starting to be makulit na.... and if you ask me why... the answer is simple... my inquiries have still not been answered.... my suggestions were never given a reply.... and the pressing matters are still not being opened up in meetings. kaya sana po.... mapagusapan na lahat tonight.... wag naman po sana yung pa-isa isa nanaman yung paguusapan natin....
