First, my warmest gratitude to the teams who endured the more than 80 meter run and communicated their appreciation to our tourney through text and through this forum. The tourney is a lesser event without your participation.

I would like to personally congratulate all INAT members for the tournament well-done (at most sa mata halos ng mga umatend na hindi taga Ilocos Norte). For INAT, this tourney is another stage in our relationship and group dynamics. I assure you guys that we have grown and changed from that which we were before this event. We reached a different level of friendship, camaraderie, and trust. This tourney is a weighing scale. We all have been weighed and some weighed enough while some were found wanting.

Do not lose heart comrades in the face of seemingly endless conflict. Conflict is not a sign of group degradation if we will choose to look at it in the bright side. Conflict is necessary and is a sign of most-needed growth. It only means that our old ways of handling things in our group is no longer effective hence the challenge is in looking for new ways to be INAT. Look at each problem as new knowledge of how we should not be INAT.

Fellow brothers in arms, the secret in DISCOVERY is not in finding new lands but in seeing with new eyes!!! I invite you all to discover a new INAT by not finding new members or leaving old friends. Discover INAT by looking at our group with fresh new eyes.

INAT you have continually proven your mettle as the premier (ehem ehem) Airsoft Team in Ilocos Norte. Whether palying in some far flung places away from home or standing as marshals under the heat of the October sun, you've been outstanding in action throughout the year.
It is my pride and homor to be with the gallant men who brought this group to a pedestal of achievemnts.
This is the time to celebrate our achievements and blessings as an organization. It is the proper time to look back at our achievemnts and lern from our setback. Sometimes we need to reflect and to remember blessings aand significant events that added color to our very existence as an organization.
I urge everyone in INAT who core the excellence of Ilocos Norte Air Soft Team to keep up the pace and stride towards the year of achieving another milestone that will form part of our group's colorful history.

Let us not forget to thank BRAT and GUBAt for the BIG help they gave us last tournament. Their misson was one of the most difficult missions during the game and hats off to them.
