CREATING our own squads

I know that INAT is all about Camaraderie and building a stronger bond. So why not start out by creating squads of seven. These squads will be training themselves on how to take on enemies. parang ung ginagawa ng mga scout rangers. The team of seven will be practicing on their own free time para pag game days natin. super panalo na yung mga labanan.hehehe

BOO! bakit mo ako tinawag na papa hans? obviuos na ba na ako ito?hehehehe joke., anyway, squads of seven kasi ginagawa ng mga scout rangers... pag pang CQB... SWAT ata uses 5 people lang. except kung mya bomb disposal. pero my suggestion would be to create squads of seven na as early as now... then kanya kanyang training nlng. tapos every game day natin... magkakakampi na yung seven na un... imimix nlng sila sa ibat ibat grupo. this is suggested para mnas maenhance yung pag kakakilalal sa isat isa sa squad na mabubuo. this will also help them magkaamuyan sa mga galawa ng bawat isa sa squad nila.hehehehehe kahit pang CQB... gawin narin nating seven... and same group.hehehee

sana pagusapan na natin ito sa sunday... during game day para maraming complete... sabay narin sana natin dito idiscuss yung membership forms.hehehehe i also miss ROTC... lalo na yung mga bugbog na inabot ko when i was training for officer.hehehehe

im just thinking... were you refering to seperate... as in ibang grupo para sa CQB? or re-mix of squad members para sa CQB? maganda saana na may seperate group tlga for CQB... pero baka maging boring kung ganun. kung re-mix naman ng squad memebers... sana wag nlng.hehehe kakahilo eh.hehehehe

Kanya-kanya specialization papa... for instance, sa CQB interes ng member, dun cya masanay.. unless more than 20 ang may gusto, gawa nalang ng 3-4 squads training for closed quarter battle kung puwede.Kung may competition isang salpakan nalang kung saan at anong specialization ang laban.
If i'm not mistaken, nagplano na rin noon ang grupo na maghire or may nagvolunteer 'ata na military na mag-train sa 'tin.?

Lahat ng mga suggestions nyo maganda pero wag lang puros suggest dito kausapin din and ating Presidente (Jojo Clemente) and other officers para ma plano lahat.

Mr. Hoya please dont post names, gamitin mo call signs eh kasi public po forum natin hehe. and to your suggestion regarding groups matagal na yan na discuss hindi lang mag materialize kasi dun sa event natin nun, dun natin tinotok yung meetings and time. I suggest pumuli tayo ng team maker and then pili na siya ka team nya. and dun na sila bahala mag training kahit walang specialization yung team nila kasi hindi naman mahirap pag aralan ang weapons and tactics. everyone who suggested please sa meeting i-open natin.

I will have to agree with Ka-el that we need to suggest this to the president sa game day so that we will all be informed. let this forum be just a way to discuss our plans and suggestions before we even bother to inform the President. so, this game day, i really hope that we all chip in ideas for this thing to materialize. ok?

bwahahahaha actually, i think it would really be nice to have some formal military training regarding the squad deployment and roles kasi kakailanganin tlga natin to para hindi bara bara.hehehe pero as to how we play the game, nasatin parin yun... yung mga basics lang galing sakanila.hehehehe

I think before we are going to do this, kailangan natin ng cqb obsatcle course just like what cebu airsofters did during thier tournament ala counterstrike ba. gumawa cla ng obstacle using plywoods as walls kac walang building premises na gagamitin if this things happens GRABE!!!!

before what happens? the CQB proposal? I think it would be nice to have a CQB site... but since la pa ngayon... why not just focus on creating our squads nalang muna. then we will create specializations nalang after the forming of the squads.hehehehe

forming a squad can do that in 30 mimutes, but looking for a site can accumulate 30 days or more. papsi if u know someone who has a vacant warehouse pwede na yun para kahit umulan man pwede tayo maglaro hehehe kahit gabi

it may seem like we can form squads within 30 mins... but the hard truth is.... it will take more than 1 hour of analyzing it... 30 mins of planing it...30 mins of finding the right members.... 30 mins of forming it... 15-30 mins of accepting your squad mates.... and 2 or more hours of finding the right combination for the members.hehehehehe

maganda yan pero mahirap ang magkumpleto ng attendance... (halata ba kng cno malimit absent.. hehehe). pero mas gaganda ang bonding dyan tsaka mas improve ang coodination ng team... agree ako dyan..

i know that we are all busy in our own fields, guys... but here's the thing... i wish we could all just sacrifice one sunday wherein we can all play for a game or two.... and then rest a while... eat lunch together as a team in just one table para mas masaya... then i hope the officers will open the discussion to all the members regarding their questions, suggestions, and current situations... para atleast we will get to know each and everyone better... at the same time...improve INAT.

Note down na lang lahat ideas etc... may general meeting naman tayo this week then maybe we can write it on one paper then will be reviewed by the officers and then discuss it afterwards on all the proposals!

agree ako jan mga papa pero again and again, if me groupings tayo na mabuo, let's obey the rules and regs of INAT and sa mga magiging parang commanding officer/s, let's obey them also. . . like i've said, if the c.o. will make the plan for any game scenario, i'm sure naman na ang goal ng bawat c.o. is to win and proper team work. . . if this will happen, INAT will gain more respect. . .

in part naman ng under ng mga c.o.'s, feel free to open up something or even suggest/advice some tactics para madagdagan ang knowledge ng mga iba. . . if it will be well planned, it will be a perfect game and lot of fun for that gameday. . .

cooperation lang po at disiplina ang kailangan. . .

I dont have anything against the president or the officers... this is me... Bochi168.... i only want to say that INAT is definitely one of the most organized groups in Ilocos Norte... but i must also be honest in saying that we are not yet that well organized when compared to other organizations around the Philippines.

I'm not saying that we are not good enough for them, I'm just saying that i know we can make things better. In all honesty, I'm not here to complain... I'm merely here to point out the facts to the officers who might have over looked the ideas. I trust the officers' decisions in creating outreaches, programs, and other basic functions of the officers.

Sa totoo lang.... mga bossing... there are a lot of un-answered questions and mga topics na hindi napaguusapan (or laging pinopostpone pagusapan) kaya lumalala yung tendencies na ayaw narin mag attend ng mga members sa meetings kasi wala naman tayo gaanong napaguusapan. and in the end... kwentuhan lang... and one topic lang mapaguusapan... i know that we are all busy people... but here's the thing... if we are really dedicated enough.... i think that we can all discuss all the inquiries of our members.... suggestions.... and plans.... and we can all agree on something. we just need at least 4 hours... dedication... and no BS.hehehe we dont need the whole day to have anything done or decideon just one thing... we only need four hours of working.

regarding the squads.... and daming nagsasabi na ok na idea ito.... pero will you guys please contribute more ideas.... and i would like to request the permission of the officers to have this discussed na sa meeting natin para masimulan na itong paganahin. pupunta na tayo sa baguio sa 26... pero hanggang ngayon, hindi parin tayo organized. pano un?

yung iba... baka sabihin na makulit na ako... well... maybe i am starting to be makulit na.... and if you ask me why... the answer is simple... my inquiries have still not been answered.... my suggestions were never given a reply.... and the pressing matters are still not being opened up in meetings. kaya sana po.... mapagusapan na lahat.... wag naman po sana yung pa-isa isa nanaman yung paguusapan natin....
