I dont have anything against the president or the officers... this is me... Bochi168.... i only want to say that INAT is definitely one of the most organized groups in Ilocos Norte... but i must also be honest in saying that we are not yet that well organized when compared to other organizations around the Philippines.

I'm not saying that we are not good enough for them, I'm just saying that i know we can make things better. In all honesty, I'm not here to complain... I'm merely here to point out the facts to the officers who might have over looked the ideas. I trust the officers' decisions in creating outreaches, programs, and other basic functions of the officers.

Sa totoo lang.... mga bossing... there are a lot of un-answered questions and mga topics na hindi napaguusapan (or laging pinopostpone pagusapan) kaya lumalala yung tendencies na ayaw narin mag attend ng mga members sa meetings kasi wala naman tayo gaanong napaguusapan. and in the end... kwentuhan lang... and one topic lang mapaguusapan... i know that we are all busy people... but here's the thing... if we are really dedicated enough.... i think that we can all discuss all the inquiries of our members.... suggestions.... and plans.... and we can all agree on something. we just need at least 4 hours... dedication... and no BS.hehehe we dont need the whole day to have anything done or decide ona nything... we only need four hours of working.



sa totoo lang.... im not really complaining.... im just wondereng.... i trust the decisions of the officers... ang d ko lang tlga magets.... kung bakit yung mga "promise" nila na paguusapan, lagi nalang either postponed.... or hindi natutuloy? yun lang po.... kaya i wanna ask the president himself....and the officers of INAT.... what's wrong? hindi naman po sa pagbabatikos or anything... im just a concerned member who wants to know.... ano na ba tlga? so... when do we discuss these things? we always ask kung bakit maraming hindi pumupunta sa mga meetings? answer: kasi iba iba mga pinaguusapan natin.... lagi nawawala sa topic... and yung mga issues na gusto maresolba ng mga tao... hindi parin nasasagot.

regarding the squads.... and daming nagsasabi na ok na idea ito.... pero will you guys please contribute more ideas.... and i would like to request the permission of the officers to have this discussed na sa meeting natin para masimulan na itong paganahin. pupunta na tayo sa baguio sa 26... pero hanggang ngayon, hindi parin tayo organized. pano un?

yung iba... baka sabihin na makulit na ako... well... maybe i am starting to be makulit na.... and if you ask me why... the answer is simple... my inquiries have still not been answered.... my suggestions were never given a reply.... and the pressing matters are still not being opened up in meetings. kaya sana po.... mapagusapan na lahat tonight.... wag naman po sana yung pa-isa isa nanaman yung paguusapan natin....

sir... like any other organization.... it is every member's right to question their officers on how they do things. maybe they should not question other stuff... but transparency will always be questioned. regarding the "lost command" questioning one's doings doesnt make a person a lost command. suggesting doesnt make you a rebel... being concerned should not be hindered because it is not doing anything wrong.... as long as you do not take matters into your own hand.

i understand your point of view...totally!but its just annoying when people keeps on asking question,insisting suggestions when in fact we have to settle what we have in our itenary...im sure our officers have that noted with your suggestion.just give them the time table to settle other suggestions.

im not really against our officers... honestly... im only making suggestions because i have been hearing a lot too... ayoko sana mag suggest and mangulit kung d naman sa pag mamalasakit sa team... nasasayangan lang kasi ako....hehehehehe i know that they do take note of my suggestions... may notebook na nga si presidente eh.hehehehehe you see... it's the free flowing of ideas that make us a democratic organization... and it's these free flowing ideas that mke us unique, well-advertised, and ahead of the rest. by the members... for the members....

anyway... i will not take it against you if you think that im annoying.... as much as i will request that you respect the fact that im merely reminding the people.

regarding the time table.... i agree with that... they should set one.... kahit yun nlng muna.... para dein nagmamadali yung dating... dba?hehehehehe
