GAME RULES, REGULATIONS, & SAFETY
Safety Rules:
1) Face and Eye protection must be worn at all times during a game.
2) - Players must be at least 18 years old (written parental/guardian consent required for <18)
3)
You will not be allowed to use any type of smoke gadgets (e.g.
grenades, smoke blasts). Radio and other communication gadgets will not
be allowed during the game.
4) An area for test firing will be provided. Firing at non-designated areas will be penalized accordingly.
5)
- Players encouraged to wear team uniforms. White/cream or gray-colored
uniforms are not allowed as this may obscure hit players.
6) In
Close Quarter Battle scenario it is expected that close or short range
shots will happen, we are appealing to all of you to use your best
judgment and try not to shoot anyone that is closer than 10feet way.
Weapons Rules and Ammo Limitations:
1)
All airsoft weapons will be allowed, AEG's, LMG's, SMG's, and whatever
other airsoft weapon you may have. They must be battery powered. CO2
weapons are not allowed.
2) Chronographed weapons having 450 fps
with .20g bb's will be used. You will be expected to bring your weapon
and all your magazines to the test area; we will use our own .20g bb’s
for the testing. A security marker will be placed in your weapons for
identification and to prove that such weapon is within the 450 fps
limit.
3) Boxed magazines are not allowed. You can carry with you as many magazines you can handle.
4)
We will be strict in the implementation of the 450fps at .20g limit.
Any player caught using his weapon which exceeds the set limit will be
disqualified along with his team. CNAG reserves the right to randomly
check the airsoft weapons of players even during the game.
Game Play Rules:
1. Airsoft is a game of honor, therefore we expect each and every player to call themselves “HIT” when shot.
2.
All direct shots to any part of the body will be considered as hits;
hence, you must regard yourself as OUT. When you are hit you must leave
the game area immediately and proceed to your teams designated area.
REMEMBER DEAD MEN TELL NO TALE… coaching from any noncombatants
(umpires, eliminated players, spectators, bystanders, etc)
3. Ricochet hits do not count. Blind firing will not be allowed.
4. Teams will not be allowed to change players in mid-game.
5.
It may happen that shots cannot be felt by a player, if you witness or
perceive that a player is cheating, please contact and report it to a
Marshal so that the issue will be addressed and settled immediately.
6. A Sound clip will be played to mark the beginning and end of every mission.
7.
If you are injured during game-play please contact a medic in order to
promptly receive medical treatment and to insure that any serious
injuries are immediately addressed.
8. Arm Bands or ID’s will be used to designate teams and players.
9. “HIT” players may leave their weapons and magazines for other team players to use.
10. Observe proper decorum at all times
11. Arguing with Marshal's call will be penalized accordingly
12. Corresponding violations* will merit a YELLOW, RED or BLACK card
13. Yellow Card is minus 50 points and less
14. Red Card is minus 100 points and less
15. Black Card merits full expulsion of the team from the tournament
16. Marshals’ decision is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE.
Approved Weapons: Any airsoft weapon that falls within the maximum FPS limit and ammo limit
FPS Limits: 450 fps with .20g BB's, all weapons will be chronographed and tagged prior to the event.
Magazine
(Ammo) Limits: This event will be unlimited to any magazines. Loading
is prohibited in the field so this means that ammo will not be allowed
in pockets/packs or speed loading devices during game play. You can
carry as many magazines as you can handle.
Safety Requirements:
All players will be required to wear a standard face and ear
protection. No player shall be allowed to play if without the aforesaid
protections.
Hit Regulations: All hits will be called by the
game marshals only. Declaration of hits by the game marshals shall be
final and any questions shall only be entertained after the game.
Ricochets will not count as hits.
Blind Shooting: Blind firing
will not be allowed, the Game Marshals will declare a warning for the
first offense. If a player committed the same mistake the second time,
the player will be considered automatically out of the game for that
particular mission. If the same player is caught the third time, he
will be considered as hostile and will be banned to play in the event.
Marshals/Supervisors:
We will have Official Marshals in uniforms which can be easily
recognized, they will supervise the game and tasked to officiate each
game in the event. They are positioned in strategic areas to properly
facilitate the orderliness of the event. Only the Head Marshal assisted
by the Management shall decide and give a ruling on any issue or
questions during the event.
Game Play Rules: AIRSOFT IS A SPORT
OF HONOR, INTEGRITY AND RESPECT. Unsolicited comments and complaints
will not be entertained. The management reserves the right to determine
which issues and questions that is to be properly addressed and
entitled to be given a ruling. This event is being sponsored by the
Cagayan North Airsoft Group. The rules will not be different than what
all of you are already used to. However, we decided to post the
additional rules for the successful and orderly conduct of our
sponsored event in order for the players to know what rules and
regulations to follow.
